Tea Tree Oil for Beautiful Skin

Though people with problem skin may be hesitant to put oil on their face, tea tree oil is an exception to the rule. In fact, it's so highly astringent most people don't realize it's an oil at all! Plus, it really works: 5% tea tree oil is as effective at treating acne as 5% benzoyl peroxide and much better for you! Tea tree is not only for acne, it's good for all skin issues: psoriasis, eczema and many others. It's also helpful for hair that has dandruff, bad breath, staph infections and herpes outbreaks.
Because of tea tree oil's strong antiviral and antibacterial properties it's an important oil to keep around and especially helpful when traveling. It has no negative side effects, though it's not a good idea to consume it orally. Another important tip are the right and wrong ways to use tea tree oil. In general it's best diluted if you have the essential oil (use water to dilute) or you may be able to apply it directly if the solution you have isn't just pure tea tree oil. To find tea tree oil, search online or pass by your local natural foods store. Today it's becoming quite common as it grows in popularity and use. Besides skin, tea tree oil is also useful for disinfecting your home and laundry.
